Mining dumper body manufacturer for rock, coal and quarry work
A mining dumper body is not the same as a general tipper box. It takes direct impact from excavator buckets, carries sharp and abrasive rock, and goes through hundreds of tipping cycles. We build mining dumper bodies with that in mind: thicker floor plate in the impact zone, reinforced side walls, and a strong headboard and tailgate.
Rock body or box body?
This is the first question most buyers have, so here is a straight answer.
A rock body uses heavier wear-resistant steel and is built for granite, limestone, iron ore, coal and quarry rubble, usually loaded directly by an excavator. A box body uses lighter construction and suits sand, soil, debris and lighter aggregate. It has a lower tare weight, so it carries more of a light material.
If your load is abrasive or dropped from height, go for a rock body. If it isn't, a box body saves weight and cost.

Wear-resistant steel
We can build with Hardox wear plate, which is harder than ordinary mild steel and lasts longer under abrasion. Because it is stronger for its thickness, you can often use thinner plate and shed weight without losing durability.
Body shape
A U-shaped or bathtub floor helps material slide out cleanly and takes impact better than a flat floor. Flat floors still make sense where you carry pallets or machines.
Tipping system
Hydraulic cylinders and hinge points sized for the load and cycle count.
Tailgate and liners
Options include hydraulic tailgates and bolt-on liner plates that you can replace instead of rebuilding the floor.
